What's the story here you ask?

1

The Problems.

We witnessed a low volume of digital media campaigns in the area and a lack of OOH advertising. The store is simply not visible to the community and people aren’t aware D&B has a location in Louisville.
2

The Store Location

While the store sits on one of the most trafficked roads in Louisville, its location is largely blocked from view.

In sum, the store is lacking physical visibility, media support, and community engagement.

3

Holes attempted to be plugged.

As you review the case study below, you’ll see specifically where we were trying to plug these holes. In just a short few months, we significantly increased D&B’s awareness within the business community and have forged beneficial strategic partnerships.

Item No. 01

Social Media

We created social media content to promote limited time offers and ongoing promotions. These attracted foot traffic and raised store awareness throughout Louisville.

Item No. 02

Event Space

For Dave & Buster’s, our job was to raise awareness about the store, attract foot traffic, and find new bookings for their event space.

Item No. 03

Video Display

We launched a number of ongoing in-store promotions, then supported those with digital ads, in-store signage, and in-store TV screens.

Item No. 04

Special Offers

It’s not just about pretty art and graphics. It’s about coming up with the right offers and persuasive messages to help Dave & Buster’s win.

We help you stay on brand.

With corporate brands, you can’t entirely re-imagine creative like art, imagery, and video. There is a strict guide to follow. All of Dave & Buster’s stores follow a brand guide that gives marketing and creative departments clear direction on ads, signage, social media, and all other tactics.

Social Media Awareness

Social media is one of the first places people go to to check to see what is happening in their area. So, we launched brand new social channels for D&B.

TV Graphics, and In-store Marketing

Branding is the mechanism that builds trust as a new player in the market. Having a defined strategy and consistent, long-term presence gives rise to a brand. In just a couple of months, we grew the Louisville store from zero social presence to an audience of 500 social followers and 5,000 impressions, with no paid ads support.

Brand awareness is an important to stay top of mind.

We need to talk.

Project cut short

For what it’s worth, we noticed on social media a handful of other D&B locations screenshotting and re-using our creative. We think that speaks to the care we put into producing high-quality creative within D&B’s brand standards.

Many of the opportunities hinged on personal and business relationships that we’ve fostered locally for the last 5+ years. Some moved quicker than others. All are valuable pieces as we were laying the foundation of D&B’s local involvement with the community to bring awareness to this stores location and existence.
