How does billing work?
One of our representatives will contact you once you fill out the form.
Once you make contact, billing information and necessary details are discussed for your project kickoff meeting.
Can I edit my own content?
You can, but we’d prefer to handle requests to maintain integrity of the design for the best results in search, conversion, and just overall appeal against your competitors.
How can I get support after purchasing?
You will have an account manager you are working with to assist with your website, and if you’d like monthly or weekly meetings, we’re happy to work out a block of hours for consulting.
What if I have a lot of requests?
If monthly requests become overwhelming we could switch to a block of hours. But we think the current situation is ideal. However the advice of business consultants is “are you working on the business or in it?”
If you need a more custom solution we can upgrade you at any no extra cost until negotiated. We do not blind bill.
