Networking is needed for your brands support. It can benefit it financially, advertise it, emotional connections, and when the synergy is right, it’s fuel for creativity.

- Listen, really – it’s about “them” not you. It’s like the movie Hitch. You come 90, and I’ll go 10. – talk about them more not you.
- Its not about experience – No one cares how many years you’ve done xyz. Focus on what you are doing now.
- Use humor (but be discerning with it) – in this time, it’s critical to read the room.
