What is networking good for?

Networking is needed for your brands support. It can benefit it financially, advertise it, emotional connections, and when the synergy is right, it’s fuel for creativity.

Ideas for networking:

  • Listen, really – it’s about “them” not you. It’s like the movie Hitch. You come 90, and I’ll go 10. – talk about them more not you.
  • Its not about experience – No one cares how many years you’ve done xyz. Focus on what you are doing now.
  • Use humor (but be discerning with it) – in this time, it’s critical to read the room.
